The hotel is about 10km aways from Rize city center. The atmosphere is unbelievable pleasant. The hotel has an amazing view on the tea fields and the Black Sea, very nice for relaxing, the room were very clean. The wooden hotel has constructed according to the ancient Ottoman style. People working in the hotel were very polite, kind, helpful, and friendly. It has amazing breakfast (but if you order menemen and muhlama, they were in extra charge). I highly recommend staying here if you have not allergies to insects (mosquito)...

On top of food being delicious, the servers were very attentive and made sure we are happy with what we eat where we sit, etc. We went only for lunch, but I am sure they have nice and clean rooms with great view. Checked out their kitchen it was very clean, btw.

The worst customer experience ever. We were a group of 15. The staff was unwelcoming, unaccommodating. Not our expectation of Turkish Hospitality!! As an example; A table next to us was smoking in an outdoor setting. When we started smoking they gave us an ashtray then came back telling us smoking not allowed (leaving the other table without any comments). Sad to see the lack of customer service and even lack of respect. After half an hour trying to accommodate them, we couldn’t take this treatment anymore. Walked out to never return again.

We loved it from the first steps on the hills over looking the sea at the sunset sounded by tea trees the welcome of the hotel staff they only have 6 rooms we struggle to get a room through a friend of our dergah pastry so nice green old …
